Membership Meeting

Per the guidelines in the SMDTC Yearbook and the Constitution and Bylaws, the Nominating Committee
of Darlene Hughson, Chairperson, Kelsey Angle, Joann Peterson, Rene Rippe, and Bob Stefanowicz, have
recommended the following slate of nominees:
President: Mike Fields
Treasurer: Melissa Stefanowicz
Director: Amanda Rush
Per the guidelines in the SMDTC Yearbook and the Constitution and Bylaws, the positions listed above
are the board positions open for election at the March 2022 annual meeting. Nominations from the
floor will be taken at the February SMDTC membership meeting. Any nominee must be in attendance at
the February SMDTC membership meeting and must confirm they are willing to be nominated and to
serve if elected to the SMDTC board.
